At the Sydney Relationship and Family Practice offer online counselling and therapy services t00 clients who are unable to physically meet, or may be separated for various reasons. We can connect via phone and/or video conferencing.

Online psychology services can be required if you are living in rural and remote areas as well as in other states and countries. Parents with young children and couples who are not able to make it together for a session can use video conferencing for therapy. It is also used where there is a family member lives in another country and they join the therapy sessions via video conferencing.

Online therapy via video conferencing is very similar to face-to-face counselling, and clients are required to dial in for their session when they are in a private and confidential place. Our therapists are all skilled and experienced in providing therapy online and ensure that all the same processes and needs are addressed. Our therapists have developed practices to ensure that the therapy develops a therapeutic alliance and safety whilst also aligning purpose of the therapeutic goals.

We offer our online counselling services for both individual, couples and family counselling. Online couple counselling and online relationship counselling, as well as online individual counselling sessions can be booked privately and confidentially.

If you would like to arrange online therapy services, call 02 8001 6252, or contact us for a confidential discussion.

If someone is at risk of harm to themselves or others or there is significant domestic violence, video conferencing is not recommended.
