Christine creates a warm welcoming environment when working with young people, adults and families. She allows them to explore their challenges in a compassionate way. She works together with her clients to help them to understand their struggles without judgement. Drawing upon their strengths, she empowers them to build their resilience to effectively manage life’s challenges and to create positive change in their lives.

Christine is passionate about women’s health. Christine has expertise and experience in working with women and their partners in the journey to have a baby. She also specialises in infertility counselling

Christine supports people struggling with anxiety disorders, perfectionism, grief and loss, relationship concerns and depressive disorders. She has a particular interest in woman’s health issues including areas of fertility difficulties, support during the perinatal period, transition to parenthood, perimenopause as well as supporting couples through these processes. When treating young people, Christine works together with their families, enabling each member of the family to help support each other. Christine's therapeutic approaches include cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion focused therapy and mindfulness-based practices.

Christine is a registered psychologist with a Masters of Educational and Developmental Psychology. As well as practicing psychology she has taught at Western Sydney University in developmental psychology. She has worked in a variety of settings including government agencies, non-government organisations and educational services.
