Jessica strives to support people to understand and feel satisfied within their personal and systemic relationships.

Jessica has worked privately as an individual and couple therapist for over 10 years. Jessica has a specialty in discovering the key issues and knowing how to address these in individual, couple and family groups. Jessica has completed a Masters in Couple and Family Therapy and specialises in relationship repair and growth. She works with clients with a keen focus on mental health recovery, communication and skill building, emotional processing and reflective insight to build intimacy and conncetion. Working together she can help individuals, couples or families with complex situations, creating a holding space, guidance and therapeutic engagement for presenting problems.

Jessica has also worked for 20 years in government and non-government organisations delivering casework and clinical counselling services for trauma related issues, parent mental health concerns, foster carers and parent-child attachment repair. She also has training and experience in the systems surrounding children with a disability, and in particular the parenting concerns.

Jess has been engaged as a teacher in charge of Social Work courses in the undergraduate and master's degrees at the Australian Catholic University.

She is an accredited Cool Kids anxiety program provider, and trained facilitator for the Circle of Security program.
